Alternative Product Support For Order Export

A new setting has been introduced to enhance ERP integration flexibility. You can now configure the order export to include alternative products instead of the originally ordered items.

Updated Auto ADE Classification for TD Synnex

We’ve updated the Auto ADE classification logic for TD SYNNEX. The purchase order creation date is now based on the shipment date.

Additionally, the system now checks for the APPLE_ADE_RESELLER_ID as the DeliveryID. If this value is null, it will fall back to using either the purchase order number or the external order number.

Adjusted imported Refurbished Conditions from EET

We’ve enhanced the way refurbished conditions are interpreted from EET’s product feed. EET now includes updated string values to indicate refurbished status, and most refurbished items can be identified by the RFB extension in their part numbers.

Ignore Attest For Focus Assortment

It’s now possible to bypass the approval process if all products in the basket belong to a focus assortment that doesn’t require approval. A new setting has been added to agreement assortments, allowing each one to be individually included or excluded from the approval flow. Additionally, there is a new setting in the customer/user editor in the frontend: “Approval is required for products outside of their focus assortment”.

Customer GLN In Peppol Order Response

The PEPPOL order response used in order import now includes two additional tags under PartyIdentification:

• One for the customer’s GLN code

• One for the organization number

This provides improved identification and alignment with customer records in connected systems.

Show 'Remove All Filters' When Filter Is Active

A new “Remove All Filters” button is now shown only when one or more filters are active, providing a cleaner user experience.

Adjust Vat After Selecting Type Of Customer

VAT handling has been improved when a customer selects their type (person or company) in the shop:

• VAT is now correctly adjusted for both Person and Company types

When creating a new user:

• VAT will now be set in the session for Company type

• “Show prices with VAT” is now correctly set to false for Company users

These changes ensure more consistent VAT display based on customer type.

Set Date And Layout For First Page Sections

To prevent display issues on the first page, default values are now set when required A start and end date will be assigned if missing, ensuring the section is shown.

Align Extrinsic Field Max Length With Product Form Field

The maximum length for Extrinsic fields has been updated to match the limits of product form fields. This ensures consistency when writing data from product forms to Extrinsic fields in the add-on.

User Issues With Agreement Assortments

The system now uses the actual user performing the action—rather than the customer's default user—when determining access to agreement assortments.

Change Button To 'Show Less' When Expanded

The expand/collapse button for the category tree in the shop now correctly updates to “Show Less” when expanded. This resolves an issue introduced during accessibility updates.

Add Text To Buy Button

You can now add custom text to the Buy button within the responsive profile, with options to display text, icon, or both. To preserve layout and styling, the button text is limited to 18 characters.

The Configure button has a separate setting and is managed independently.

These updates apply across multiple areas of the store, including:

• Product card

• Quick search

• Product list

• Promotions

• Online stock tab

• Accessories

Don't Double Save Order Status On Cancellation

The Cancel Order action now sets the order head status to Cancelled before saving, ensuring both the order and its items reflect the correct status.

Add default language when none is selected

A default language is now applied when no language is explicitly selected in setups where multiple languages are enabled (addon). This ensures that language labels are displayed correctly in admin, even if no active language has been chosen.

Allow height and width attribute for style

When allowing styling in the HTML sanitiser, we now also allow height and width attributes.

Add new layout type in promotion

A new 4-column layout has been added for promotion products. This layout is now supported in the following sections:

• Inside Top Seller

• Recently Viewed

• Recently Sold
