Your Nettailer comes packed with lots of useful features, all developed to lower your transaction costs and get the most out of your webshop.
However, all of us at Netset understand that every company has its own individual needs. That is why we have prepared some optional features so that you can customize your Nettailer to suit the needs of your company.

Orders
Below you can read about various optional features to further streamline order administration.
Send comments to your suppliers
This feature allows you to send comments on your purchases to your distributors, for those who support this.
The comments field appears when you click on the product in an order. If the selected distributor does not support receiving comments, this field will be locked.
NOTE:
The supplier need to have a process in place to ensure that order is stopped so comment are read before the order is processed - Netset cannot guarantee this.
Setup can only be implemented for suppliers who have a field for internal comment (from reseller to supplier) and if supplier can support "delivery-block".

Allow comment on order item
This feature allows your customers to enter comments at the order line level. This can be useful and give you as an administrator more information about how the order should be managed. These comments are saved on the order but are not sent anywhere.

Purchase alternative products
This function allows you to link one or more alternative products to another product. This gives you the possibility to choose from several products, provided they have the same specification, when ordering the product from a distributor.

Create purchase order without sending to supplier
If you only want to be able to create purchase orders in your Nettailer, on incoming customer orders, without sending them to distributors, you need to activate this function.
When this is activated, the "Send order online" button will disappear and be replaced with "Create purchase order". Orders to distributors must then be handled manually, outside of Nettailer.
Extra order fields
This setting allows you to enable up to 8 extra fields in the Checkout in the Order Information section.

Extrinsic fields - customer connected
Extrinsic fields, on order header and line level, including support for customer default values.
These fields are created in the Field Editor and linked to the current customer. The fields are not visible to the end customer in the frontend or on the order but are included in the order XML.
Extrinsic fields can be connected to product forms (extra option) at order line level. These fields are useful in, among other things, managing DEP services where fixed values should accompany the order.
Extrinsic fields can not be connected to non buyable order items, like Freight.

Order fulfilment report
Creates a report with date/time for the different order status events based on certain requirements. The report is used for tracking order fulfillment and can be made customer-connected.

Product forms
Enables you to create a form for extra information, or with accessory products, that can be linked to a specific product and customer. The forms can also be used in general, without being customer-linked.
Example: A computer with a connected form is added to the basket, then at the checkout, the connected form will be visible with these additional fields to be pre-filled by the customer. Perhaps the reseller needs to know what image or apps to install or there is some additional information about the user that the reseller may need to prefill for warranty information ect.
In the admin section you can then see if an order has a product form and manage this information further.

Product options
Activation of this feature allows the store admin to configure and display a list of products and/or accessories customers can/must add when purchasing any pre-configured items from the stores product page.
Options can be made mandatory or optional and are also able to be made customer specific (customer connected).
This feature can be seen as a flexible product package where the customer has the opportunity to make different choices.

Retailer suppliers - set up your suppliers
Allow you to create and setup own distributors. The assortment with prices can be uploaded manually or can be configured for loading through FTP.
Orders to these distributors are sent when you click "Create & send PO" but as mail from your Nettailer. You therefor need to enter a recipient and a sender on each distributor you set up.
Does not include any other functions and no delivery information from the distributor is imported back in to your Nettailer.

This gives you an option to limit import from selected suppliers to only import product/prices for already existing/active products.

This sets the smallest quantity a customer can buy to be the biggest minPack value of the available suppliers for a product.

With this setting you as an admin will receive a mail with warning about expired products in product packages.
Accessory guide
Accessory guide. When searching for a product, a list of recommended accessories is shown. This guide allows for the search of items that are no longer on the market. An example is an old printer in order to know which toner is needed.

Dynamic html sections
The new section type empowers administrators to define the HTML content to be displayed within the section.
Additionally, it introduces dynamic HTML parameters, enabling elements such as the user's name and the salesperson's image to be seamlessly incorporated into the section.
Within the new section, the available Dynamic HTML parameters are listed. If used in the input HTML they will dynamically pull information attached to the relevant area.

Splash page is a clean page with just log in functionality.
You can create visually appealing splash pages using a WYSIWYG editor to design the page without the shop header, menu, or other extraneous elements.

This feature gives you the possibility to create end customer unique HTML mail templates for the order confirmation.

Categories
Display Category - allows you to link products to other categories
This setting will add the ability for you to specify a Display category.
You will be able to connect products from the product page in admin and/or via excel import. This means that product will remain in the category set by the portal, but will also be displayed in the category you have specified.

With this function its possible to manually add metadata and title on manufacture pages and promotion on the category/manufacture.

This setting adds the possibility to set up customer connected category groups.

Add your own attributes
Note; this setting is only available in StandAlone and Drive solutions.
This feature allows you to add attributes manually or via a text import on attributes, for products without product information from 1WS.
The imports, and manual editing, are done on global level.

Price filtering of product lists
This filter will display when search results are fewer than 2,000 (similar to the sorting function) and allows you to filter products based on specific price ranges.

Here you will find optional features to further streamline your pricing.
Supplier margin
Adds the possibility to add a percentage increase to the prices for a distributor.
Your end customers prices will then be calculated and based
on your "new" cost prices.

Whit this feature it's possible to create bids that will be used for all customers.
A new editor is available in the price logics menu to edit global bids.

Price logic groups
Instead of creating multiple single price logics, a group can be created and associated with one or more customers.
Once the group is created, multiple price logics can be created/changed easily afterwards. A price logic associated with Price logic groups can only be changed under Price logic groups as they share a "header".

With this feature its possible to add a custom bid to an order item.

Quantity discount
This new pricing logic type, "Discount on Quantity," offer discounts based on the number of items ordered. The discount is applied after other pricing logics but will have certain restrictions, such as not being applicable when fixed pricing is used.
Discount information is also displayed at the product card, basket, and price tests.

Profit limits on price logics
This is an option to define either a % of fixed value as min/max for profit calculated in price logics.
With this option enabled price logics get new section "Contribution margin limits" with following options:

This will make 10% margin with minimum profit of 10 and maximum 100.

Customer graphical profile and unique URL
Allows you to create a customer connected graphical profiles for your Nettailer. This add-on is bundled with "Customer group URL" so you can have your end customer browsing in on their own unique URL with their unique design and promotions.

Allows a customer unique URL to be set on a customer. Using the URL brings you to the customer unique site were prices, promotions and profiles are show even though you might not be logged in.

Two-factor security for customer users
Further enhance security for your end users. This setting allows you to enable 2FA for users, with instructions in frontend.

File upload on customer or customer group
On a customer / customer group, a tab is added where it is possible to upload a document.
The most common formats are supported. The documents uploaded to the customer are then visible in a list on the same tab and can be downloaded and deleted. The administrator can choose whether the document should be visible to the Customer or not in the front end.
Document uploaded can be shown as part of "special order routines" alert in order admin.

Customer user purchase limit
Possibility to enter a maximum amount for purchases, that the user has within a predetermined time interval.
The limit is specified by entering for a user, either start and end date for a period, or a start date and a fixed recurring period (monthly, quarterly, yearly), as well as a credit amount/limit.
For the user, it is shown in the front end how much money remains to be traded for during the period. When the limit has been exceeded, the user receives information about this and it´s no longer possible to place order.
The settings for controlling the credit limit are specified in the administrative part of the user's connection to a specific customer.
You can also enter the credit limit / period when loading users via Excel.

Customer connected form fields
Possibility to connect form editor fields to customer and customer groups.
This can be good if, for example, external systems requires that certain fields should not be longer than X number of characters, or if the end customer requires a field to be mandatory, which it normally is not, etc.
(*) Note that this only applies to the order values that today have support for form editor settings in the confirmation email. There are currently only address fields; order reference / contact information etc. are not affected by form editor in the confirmation email.

Nettailer is integrated with a number of 3rd party payment providers, such as Stripe, Trust Payments (formally Secure Trading), Opaya (formally SagePay), Nets (formally DIBS) and other.
This module enables the import of orders from external systems from the end-customer according to established file formats.

This feature gives the ability to provide stock availability in your Nettailer, on SKU level, externally, for end customers and external systems, according to SFTI Item Availability API standard.

SingleSignOn
This is an authentication method that enables users to securely authenticate with multiple applications and websites by using just one set of credentials.
Nettailer supports both Opensource Software Shibboleth. (Shibboleth is run on Apache webserver, which will also be installed) and simple SSO login through Azure and Google with OAuth2.
ERP integrations
Nettailer can be integrated with any type of ERP and CRM systems. We do not lock ourselves into open APIs but have standards to build on. The most important thing for us is to make sure you get the integration you need, which is why we often tailor these integrations, if necessary.
Communication can take place over web services or ftp/sftp.
ERP integrations can be divided into the following parts;
Order - export from Nettailer of all necessary order information.
Sales order (SO) with necessary customer information and sales prices.
Purchase orders (PO) with necessary information on suppliers and purchase prices.
Despatche Advice (DESADV) with necessary delivery information and
updating of the above to enable invoicing to the customer.
Customer - import to Nettailer of customers with customer numbers, invoice and delivery addresses.
Assortment - import to Nettailer of the own warehouse. The stock balance is added to the products that are also available at the integrated distributors, but this also makes it possible to show the customers in frontend what is available in your own warehouse.
Other - import of exchange rates, external order history, resources etc. and price inquiry from ERP to Nettailer.

Multiple currencies
Enables to supplement with additional currency, with automatic update from ECB, Swedish National Bank or any other source of your choice, like your ERP system in your Nettailer.
You can then have different currencies shown for different end customers.
