This feature allows you to send comments on your purchases to your distributors, for those who support this.
The comments field appears when you click on the product in an order. If the selected distributor does not support receiving comments, this field will be locked.
NOTE:
The supplier need to have a process in place to ensure that order is stopped so comment are read before the order is processed - Netset cannot guarantee this. Setup can only be implemented for suppliers who have a field for internal comment (from reseller to supplier) and if supplier can support "delivery-block".

This feature allows your customers to enter comments at the order line level. This can be useful and give you as an administrator more information about how the order should be managed. These comments are saved on the order but are not sent anywhere.

This function allows you to link one or more alternative products to another product. This gives you the possibility to choose from several products, provided they have the same specification, when ordering the product from a distributor.

If you only want to be able to create purchase orders in your Nettailer, on incoming customer orders, without sending them to distributors, you need to activate this function.
When this is activated, the "Send order online" button will disappear and be replaced with "Create purchase order". Orders to distributors must then be handled manually, outside of Nettailer.
This setting allows you to enable up to 8 extra fields in the Checkout in the Order Information section.

Extrinsic fields, on order header and line level, including support for customer default values.
These fields are created in the Field Editor and linked to the current customer. The fields are not visible to the end customer in the frontend or on the order but are included in the order XML.
Extrinsic fields can be connected to product forms (extra option) at order line level. These fields are useful in, among other things, managing DEP services where fixed values should accompany the order.
Extrinsic fields can not be connected to non buyable order items, like Freight.
