Supplier margin

Adds the possibility to add a margin percentage and/or fixed value to increase the cost prices from a supplier.

Your end customers sales prices will following be calculated based on your "new" cost prices. Example: Purchase Price = 1000 EUR Supplier surcharge = 3% Fixed supplier surcharge = 2 EUR Cost price = 1000 + 3% margin + 2 = 1033,93 EUR

Global bids

Whit this feature bids can be declared global so it applies to all customers without customer connection.

Price logic groups

Instead of creating multiple single price logics, a group can be created and associated with one or more customers.

Once the group is created, multiple price logics can be created/changed easily afterwards. A price logic associated with Price logic groups can only be changed under Price logic groups as they share a "header".

Note! This function only works for TD Synnex.

With this feature its possible to add a custom bid to an order item.

Quantity discount

This new pricing logic type, "Discount on Quantity," offer discounts based on the number of items ordered. The discount is applied after other pricing logics but will have certain restrictions, such as not being applicable when fixed pricing is used.

Discount information is also displayed at the product card, basket, and price tests.

Profit limits on price logics

This is an option to define either a % of fixed value as min/max for profit calculated in price logics.

With this option enabled price logics get new section "Contribution margin limits" with following options:

Type = Percent or Fixed Minimum value Maximum value

Example:

Price logic cost price + 10% Type = fixed Minimum value = 10 Maximum value = 100

This will make 10% margin with minimum profit of 10 and maximum 100.

Automatic mapping and connection to customers based on name mapping.

Exclude bid in sales price calculation

This feature adds a setting on bids "Exclude from sales price calculation". When enabled the customer sales prices will remain calculated on the normal purchases price but the bid will still be connected to sales order and supplier purchase order.
